The everything pricing table.You get that $500 payout regardless of which option they choose, but here’s how the state filing fees break down by entity type and filing speed. Days given represent the number of business days it takes for the governing jurisdiction to process filings. We charge a flat $100 in addition to the state’s fee.

Business Identity Product Suite – $5 per service per month

Get a branded domain starting at just $4.95 for your first .com, .org, or .net for the first year of service. Your business website with SSL security included, professional email addresses, and a voice-over-IP phone line are just $15/month. Don’t need them all? Just pick up the services you need, only $5/month each.
Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Report – $25
BOI Reporting is a direct result of the passage of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), which went into effect at the start of 2024. The CTA is an attempt to combat money laundering and other illicit financial maneuvering by providing law enforcement with a path to finding out who owns and controls a business. Registered Agents Inc can file this for our clients for $25.
Trademark Registration Service – $599
Protect one of your company’s most important assets: your brand. When you hire Registered Agents Inc to help register your trademark, you get more than a filing service. You’ll work closely with our trademark team as they put your application together. We don’t just take your information and plug it in—we provide a clearance check, attorney-led review, office action responses, and expert care the whole way.
Doing Business As (DBA) or Trade Name – $125 plus state fees
A DBA or “Doing Business As” name allows you to utilize a name for business that varies from your legal business name. DBAs are a separate, optional filing that can be completed alongside or instead of formal business entity registration. This makes them a flexible option for both sole proprietors who’d like to do business under a trade name and for established business owners looking to diversify their products and services without undergoing the hassle of forming a unique new entity.
